The RT-SADE is an adaptable and versatile controller that provides precise control, functionality, efficiency, and durability supporting a 2 to 5 year mission span.
The single channel SADE is designed to seamlessly integrate stepper motors that drive the solar assembly with precision and accuracy. Our SADEs are available in configurations to drive 2-phase or 3-phase motors. Rated to a 30krad TID, these devices have been qualified to NASA PEM INST-002 Level 3 standard. The chassis can be stacked for expandability of the design to meet multi-channel application requirements.
Frontgrade’s RT-SADE is available as an off-the-shelf standard product and has the flexibility to be customized based on the customer’s mission requirements.
